i flash nokia 5220 with 7210c firmware v7.23. then mobile contect service imei is plain.then i flash 5220 firmware mobile can not go in locel mode plz hel me how to solv these problem

use usb erase flash than flash with product code flash file than update simlock

Flash Phone, will appear in Test Mode with Plain IMEI,

Write Full PM, Restore IMEI & Update Simlock will solve it.
