Imei changing not showing - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter i have an strange problem , i am using mobileex 3.4 rev 1.2 . Yesterday my pc window becomes corrupt i istall it then install the above latest version for my MX KEY , know when open and click IMEI & SECIRITY , their are only four option becomes open -:

1. USER CODE

2. SIMLOCK

3. IMEI REBUILD

4. ONLINE LOGGER

I surprised to note that there was no option of IMEI CHANGE . I UNISTALL and REINSTALL it again the result it same there is no option for of IMEI CHANGE . I just request to MX TEAM or any valued member of this forum to kindly guide me where i doing mistake ? and why the above option is not showing ?

Do you tick the option "Enable Imei change" ? Just under the config menu, general setting.
