[INFO AND SOLUTION] Why Mx-box not detecting any phone (USER'S FAULT)

TODAY I UPDATED THE NEW MX-KEY S/W. BUT AFTER UPDATATION MY MX-BOX NOT ABLE TO CONNECT/DETECT ANY PHONE.

ONLY ONE READ LIGHT AND GREEN LIGHT IS ON OTHER RED AND GREEN LIGHT NOT ON

ALSO I TRY ON OTHER PC STILL SAME PROBLEM
OTHER BOXs CONNECT AND FLASH PHONE WELL



PLS HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM MY BOX IS 3 MONTHS OLD

yes my mx box after up date is same and i post hear but mr.gbluez not beleve me your mx box is **** he died after up date chang or replace our boxes ok mr gbluez

mr.gbluez advice me to update hti firmware again..i did,but same problem

i have two boxes dead and i don't who can help me. and it happened after updating boxes no more booting any phone

Check vbat output from RJ45 = 5v

if not, change this IC (code BCP69) take from old jaf

hi,
we give warranty for six months. but if you want to void your warranty, be my guest

sumatra's post is correct.
about HW damaged, i already post this on my mxkey local forum.
that transistor (PNP type) is damaged because of over current while handling short circuited phone.

u still remmember blue light problem in atf????????same damage cause by over current flow in box pcb

AS I AM UNABLE TO FIND MY OLD JAF BOX AT MY SHOP.

hi,
it is general purpose power transistor. you can substitute by any PNP transistor.

here is the transistor data sheet.

UFS use this transistor also.

I CHANGED THE TRANSISTOR AND NOW ALL WORKING GOOD

BUT MY BOX WARRANTY IS VOID
