My OS winxp sp3
All older MXKey version work good.
I try to install new version 3.4_2.0, and I have error

Plz help to solved this problem

uninstall first all previous versions of mx-key , also need to erase mobileex folder from c:/ drive . ( but remember first backup d folder named "data")

after that isntall mx-key main setup v3.4 rev2.0 , restore data folder where it was . then check

Tnx OM,
That way I did, but nothing helped, I also cleaned registry (*regedit* I clear all
*mobileEx*)

all previous versions installed without any problems, I downloaded the installer itself several times from different sources. What could be the problem here?

this may be virus in ur system......
ACCESS VIOLATION is virus problem.... Uninstall mxkey delete the folder contents from mxkey......

Clean the virus and install latest setup............

Scan with trojan remover from simplysup.com

i got the same error while installing ...

i am using win xp sp3 with French language.

we hope fixing this bug as soon as possible .

I solved the problem on my computers;
1. Remove previous mobileEx version and delete the folder mobileEx
2. Disable Startup Tss Instrument API tray utility
3. temporarily remove or rename root.exe from the directory C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Nokia \ Tss \ Instrument API \ bin\
4. setup mobileEx_setup_v3.4_rev2.0
5. after setup mobileEx restore root.exe
