Thumbs up installing mx-box (ANSWERED)

it has not be easy for me since two days ago to installed mx-box please can anybody teach me how to install it. but i think the producer of this box should make it easier for the end users like other boxses.

hi,
what is your windows version?
by using our latest setup installer should fix any installation issue.

on next post, please give screen shot of your device manager.

hi, your card is not detected on device manager. you should see 'usb token device' there.

make sure it's fitted correctly.

repeat installation by using 3.4 rev 2.1

Sir, I reinstalled my pc window n resinatalled software n new driver donwloaded from the forum where MANOLE uploaded..I changed PORT n new CABLE,,but still same ..should i return to my reseller n ask for new 1 ? Plz help needed,,thanx

try to uninstall all smart card. than instal mxbox smart card.
do not forget try to unplug all usb only use hti

having problem also

on driver ftdiun2k.ini

tried to find on other tools that driver but fails me

before i find that on NSPRO but not anymore


then how can i solved it.....

or anyone can share this FTDIUN2k.INI

Dont use update driver but use uninstall

make sure mxkey 3.5 rev0.0 installed at your computer
1. Uninstall HTI FLASHER from device manager
2. Scan new hardware
3. After computer find new hardware,
- Choose Install from list or specific location >>Next
- Choose Dont' search. i will..... >> Next
- Choose Have A Disk >>
Then browse located specific driver on C:\MobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti
click continue any way. finish.

plugout your HTI cable then plugin. open MobileEX
