iphone 4s O2 UK MX-Sim unlock???

Hi, I have found O2 uk carier bundels ,and also readed original sim settings but I can't get it work...How to work with MXsim??????????????
i want to use a ORANGE RO sim card

I am using MX-Sim Card Manager v1.2 and updates sims to v1.05 istead of 1.06 :

Hi, you wrote a server instructions: After this update, please do the following:
1. Insert MX-SIM + Working SIM card to iPhone and wait for 10 seconds.
2. Put MX-SIM back to dongle/reader and do "Read SIM", make sure FW version is 1.06.
3. Update FW to latest available version.
to make all the instructions and you will be 1.07.

Orange RO should work ok, except original microsim from carrier. Rumors is that only original microsim working is from Cosmote
