Reset network setting, or if that doesnt help, just reset and erase whole iPhone in setting--reset.
And start all over, put unaccepted sim inside, and connect to itunes.

The procedure was done after i restored the latest update...
Reset the network settings but still nothing...

Did you try to activate it via Wi-Fi ? do not connect to iTunes, activate it via Wi-Fi. Try that once.

The phone is not unlocked although the credits were taken and the service says it is unlocked!!!
I plug it to itunes and it says The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.
I tried to activate it through WiFi the same thing.
Please do something the customer is waiting...

Is is said that your phone is unlocked, then is sure unlocked.
I can not show you next tether policy for this right now because mine GSX account is down.

If you claim is not unlocked, buy imei check service in other part, check your IMEI and proof is not unlocked in apple server then you are entitled to a refund.

But if you have other problem and you do not know how to activate the phone, this problem do not belong to us.

@MANOLE i knew you didn't know how to talk to your customers and i don't mind about that.
I know how to unlock and activate an iPhone (i do it for a LONG TIME now).
The easy thing to say is that Apple server is down, (that could have ended the whole conversation).
By the way you say to "buy imei check service"... HOW??? From the time you changed your policy i cannot renew or buy this service!!! (P.S. I am not banned - i have read many posts but cannot find the way to pay for the service)
