iphone 4 carrier confusion i checked thru server basis and thru mxkey here is the log of mxkey

locked: yes
activated: no
first activation date: 01-01-1970 01:00:00
last activation date: 01-01-1970 01:00:00
initial activation policy: 52 (US AT&T Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands Service Policy)
applied activation policy: ()
next tether policy: 269 (UK O2 Tesco.)

but server basis said its at&t and i submit at&t unlock server and got the confirmation from server ur mobile unlocked but mobile not unlocked getting confuse any one have any idea? in about area it shows o2 uk carrier? customer not ready to spend money for o2 procedure
