check your usb cable connected from jaf box if connection is good & stable

try ufs or check the problem usb connector plug and unplug the box and try again :D

I also had same problem with both JAf and UFS interface I tried all tricks but didn't help finally when I changed USB cable(A_B cable) problem solved.
