Login fail - GSM-Forum

I can not login with my HTI ,I get "UnauthorizedFault Service temporary unavailable(case id:0xB002),Couldn't connect to API!" I reset password use new password send by server,but same result.I also un-instal ,re-instal mobileEx_setup ,I get always the same error.Please solve this error I have 2 job pending and customer wont wait again .

Hi Im having the same problem, can you tell us how much time to fix the problem,the client is in a hurry
