So, let me see if I understand you problem.

You got a SIM card from operator. You insert in phone number 1 and is working. You bought this as package from your operator or a shop.

Now, you got second phone and you want your sim card to work with this phone and is not working ?

a little video of 30 sec will show clearly your problem.
give the model of phones to let us check about frequencies.

In my case, when change sim to another phone, at phone startup, says, Introduce sim in correct phone........ or in some phones, not start at all.....

simcard locked and linked to an imei.
no such tool can unlock it yet. original operator will do, like when you ask PUK.
