i am a chinese user .
i want to ask some questions with you .
use mx-key i can backup the phonebook with ".back" file
but ,,i can not open it with ".TXT"file .
...
i can not find the reader to read ".back" file.
i want you can give me a software to read it .
because phonebook can be read is very important.
thanks to manole
i believe you can do it well.

Better to backup phone book via pm backup. But it is not work with smartphones.

Brother you cna use MX KEY phone book extrator by mobisoft.
It will extract all phone number and name with .txt or .xls

i think export as text option is there in mkey software itself

brother . the software is good . but i have some trouble,

my contact have number and name ...
the number is ok .
but the name is the character is not recognized.
it can not be supported name is chinese.
my customers want to get it "name 琥珀帅
number 1360708xxxx"
chinese name .... number.....
