no need to restore the iphone because it was restore before and needs to be activate.

because I dont have the original sim I just wait for manole to unlock it.

so that i can activated it.

The problem is in your side and I answered you in other thread also.

1. You do not have IMEI CHECK Service activated, so, you are "BLIND" because of this.

2. What logs you have from free imei check services are irrelevant. they do not show you NEXT TETHER

3. Your phone's are already unlocked in Apple servers, here is the log:
