yesterday i bought a AMD HD6870 Graphics CARD,when i Start Bruteforce,i get this problem,here is the picture:

go to settings and check ighashgpu and close and start again and all will be ok

What if Id like to use hashcat its supported isnt it? Tomorrow ill try have same issue with 6970 its supported too:)

Mostly bad drivers ... and ighashgpu is incompatible with 6xxx series - so use oclHashCatlite ...

reinstall driver for ati windows7 is more stable try it

please set to use oclHashCatlite on setting, make sure also that oclHashCatlite is available in your directory.
