i cant go to server option
my card is registred lok below
Serial: C080674C
FW version: 00.20
Counter remain: 80.55%
Licenses: 0 = True
1 = True
2 = True
DCT4PLUS License: True

Registered to: devika
when i go to support it shows the error
MXKEY Serial: C080674C
Card not registered.

Card not registered.
Could not get authentication details, please try again later !

Need some detail :- Like Was it working B4, If it was work B4 & not working now then it may B server issue .

If it is new Card then contact your reseller 1st

this is old card
i buy it on 01 /2009
its working perfect 3.4 rev 1.6
