dct4 RPLs already free and it doesn't consume credits.

For more then 1 year you used for dct4 rpl including asic 11. Was hot
all this time and very useful.

Since 3 months they are no more need it, we wrote it with red letter, but if
you are an-alphabet or you need glasses and can not read it is not my fault

- FREE (no more use credits) DCT4/DCT4+ RPL to all MX-KEY users (support all ASICs)

I will ask Alim to remove this credits if this disturb you.
