that can be many reason :
- phone have stable local mode ?
- same type or not ?
- wrong procedure

what is your problem ?
can you post details log for this phone ?

mostly come from BAD QUALITY cables come from CHINA what are not able to put your nokia phone in local mode.

flashing option need RX2 pin in BB5 for have good result
in SERVICE operation ( write PM,factory default,etc ) , stable cable in LOCAL MODE needed for this
point is we must have good cable

the problem was only getting restart in 15 mins...... so when i buscheck everything was ok... so i thought need to flash .. but now this problem m facing set is dead now............................................... ...........................

- use USB BOOT ROM as connection
