Scan & Bus check @ C7... (ANSWERED)

I have a problem with Nokia C7 when I connect phone in Usb rom Mode By pressing Bus Check it does not show phone's full log.
adn also if I connect phone in Nokia pc suit mode and press Scan so software only shows below and does not shows locks status..

I checked with three Nokia C7 every time I am unable to get full details of phone. I am also unable to read full pm. when I press read pm it reads just 5 or 6 blocks... Is it a but or what. I change boot etc ... but still problem.
