Missing Model In nokia tool - GSM-Forum

Dear All.

I m using mobileEx 3.2 rev 3.x but in nokia tool there is missing model how to addd for flash them.... or anybody have like supporting file pls give me link or uplaod here so i can download.

just install your nokia frimware
that will auto add in list

i m talking about already install firmware and also i remove then again install but the result is same and same file was detected by jaf or hwk but cant with mobileEx 3.2 rev 3.x

sir today i also see this problem in another PC .
i wanted to flash a 5300 using usb connectivity , i downloaded the 6 files from the support area and made a newfolder and put those files in it ..

then put that folder in the Nokia product directory
but the models list did not show that model and i was unable to flash the set using usb method ..
i think that for lashing any new model first we have to connect it with fbus then the new model directory will be created automatically

is that so ?

Rename your Newfolder to RM-146 & Paste in Product directory..

Bro when install any models file just slect manual selection option I mean select this path,,C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix then u will have a selected file in the right place I mean here,,

e.g 5200

C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-181

some model install file to auto save this path C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products
just slect this file folder copy to selection option I mean select this path,,C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix ..........past
