mobileEx 3.4 (rev1.2) Not open - GSM-Forum

My MX-KEY does not open. Since when I turned on the computer for work it does not open and shows the following error:

[303] Failed to initialize critical task reason: forbidden service detected

Could anyone help me? Already removed the program and installed again, but shows the same error msg.

virus problem
uninstall then reinstall
complete ok.

add mobile-Ex to your anti virus exclusion list.

I removed my antivirus, for a moment and continues danto the same error msg when I try to open the program the MX-KEY. Have uninstalled and installed it again several times, but still presents the same problem. Below the picture of the problem:

Do not understand what you said. But already removed the folder and installed again and still gives the same error,
