Member: 1027418 Status: Offline Sonork: tomas Thanks Meter: 11 | mobileEx has encountered a problem and needs to close. ## (ANSWERED) i tried all the versions from 3.5 rev 0.0 and no luck i receiving evrytime this error mobileEx Professional Service Tool has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. i really don't know what to do can some one help me please? I'm currently installed the latest version 3.5 rev 1.3 my windows is Xp SP3 antivirus kasperky, but i switch of when i tried to install the software many thanks |

Even when i tried on windows 7 is the same why is like that i try to read in this forum about this problem but i found just a similer problem with 3.5 rev 1.2 not about 3.5 rev 1.3 Many thanks |

Member: 73565 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5,062 | Please try some work around: - Delete mobileEx dir, plug HTI, reinstall 3.5rev1.3 - On win7, please disable UAC - On win7, try to set compatibility mode as XP SP3 - On ANY OS, please EXCLUDE it from anti virus. If you have this kind driver installed "Motorola_Mobile_Drivers_4.7.1_MotoConnect_1.1.31" , you have to remove it. BR |

Member: 1027418 Status: Offline Sonork: tomas Thanks Meter: 11 | Sir i dont have HTI, i'm using mxkey not mxbox, also i tried to search for mobileEx dir in my windows xp but no luck, also i reinstalled it maybe 5 times and it is the same no luck everytime i'm receiving that error |
