mobileex not starting under XP - GSM-Forum

hy to all, i recently purchased a mx-key, and installed the last mobileex 5.6 in a laptop with win vista all ok, but when i installed in another laptop with xp sp2 the program does not starting.
i'm new on this, is something i have to know with the settings or another thing ?

i've tried to instal in xp because i want to unlock a 5800xm, and in vista when says -sending NCK .....- it gives me an error, something with acces violation error.
