open paint in windows

if you have file eg .jpg or .bmp go to ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting and upload file

then copy link from imageshack and paste on forum in message window

is all installed correctly?
on win7 should work better and easier. try to disable your antivirus for mobileex.
