I have the same problem with update .I JUST tried to use nokia software and i got the same message access violation.But program works fine with black berry and other modules.

I have tried that , unistalled it reinstalled and updated.It opens but now i get this library signature is not valid(error code=0*80000002), please sign in application.I have already signed in application.
