mobilex shuts down - GSM-Forum

i have some 2730 rm-578.when i make scan or check boot give all infos untill simlock status.then mobilex stucks or shuts down.the phones are locked in vodafone.i use the latest and the previous versions.why is this happen?and can i unlock these phones with mxkey?

i work whith ufs and usb.both the same

yes i have same problem with ufs when i try read code. code read but when i go to flesh tabe software (mx.exe) closed and again start exe plese fix this bug sir
