I bought this box to see how the performance but I see no support

I bought this tool to work but you are not active

resseller have spoken with and told me that you only have to put the serial number on the server to activate the box.

I have written a private and I've also put my problem here but you do not answer. I wonder if you will activate or not to throw or stay with the box.

According aagty****** does not support you or respond to emails but I would like to know for you to find a vex I have to do with this box
