Strange problem with Nokia 5310. Could anyone give a hand?

Hi

I've got a Nokia 5310 RM-304 v09.40. When I turn on the phone without the sim card, the phone works perfect. When I insert some chip (no matter what chip), phone hangs up at startup and the display starts to vanish.
I've already try to flash the phone with latest version again, but the problem remains.

Try to reheet the sim driver or change

without sim card try to make an emergency call if you can make call then softwre is 1st
problum if during a call cell restart or hang means hardware problum surely in rf section
