mx key cannot detect driver (ANSWERED)

by some reseon,when try to open mxkey ,it is closed automaticaly,so i decide to remove and reinstall mxkey.after reinstall there is same problem.so i uninstall card driver and try to reinsall it,
but
now
after try many time it give me same error every time,

cannot install this hardwere

why this happen ?
ps give me solution

bro first delete all bakup of mxkey setup form pc and then conect mxkey and run setup it will be ok.

do u mean by uninstall and also delete mxkey folder from C-drive.i already do that,but same here

bro. the only solution is run pc tuneup utility or registry repair software & restart pc, now install mxkey again, 100% solution.

install it from device manager manually, right click > have a disk.
