MX Key can't detet my UFS - GSM-Forum

Dear sir,

I successfully installed my UFS
and other software can detect my UFS

but when i run MX KEY i have only 3 connections lpt1, com1, com2
what's problem?

dont plug mxkey into ufs hub
use another port

u check UFS driver Version 3.1.5.0

install ufs driver from here
x:\mobileEx\3.2\data\drivers\UFSx\2.02.04\DPInst.e xe -> for windows xp
x:\mobileEx\3.2\data\drivers\UFSx\2.02.04\DPInst_V ista.exe -> for windows vista
x = installation folder

let see in device manager and detail driver installed. Maybe it's just crashes driver or wrong driver.

driver version in device manager is: 3.1.4.0

dunno, but i saw this version that included in HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000

UFS2XX.inf 3.01.05
UFS2XX.sys 2.2.4.1
UFS2XX.dll 3.1.12.1

And i use this but works perfectly.

why mxkey need special ufs driver?!

not special driver but only recommended version, i think. Try re-install previous driver and then un-plug your box. Re-install mobileEx and then plug your box. There's no special steps when installing driver.

here is the latest drivers for ufs uninstall previous drivers and install these

coz mxkey have internal routine of ftdi.
