Hi,

With new update of mx-key from 3.5 rev 1.6... It is not working fine for me always giving errors i have installed it on my laptop it's HP i3 2.4 4 gb ddr3 ram... But it is not working fine to me.


I think it is dead now i have green box and now not going to purchase orange box because who trust when i purchase it after some months they will launch a new one such as yellow box or pink... I m sick of that product and leaving i t now....:mad:

Bro. Don't be so frustrate, update your Mxkey to latest one, update HTI firmware, click Synchronize file & post result.

How to post log bro whereas it is not connecting any mobile if accidentally it connect ... there is error in red lined that rx tx error and some numbers on screen and that's all

what u mean rx tx error ? the red and yellow ?
are all driver isntalled correctly ?

Then check or change USB to BOX Cable. Check Transistor to Socket related Condenser, Diode & other Components for Open, Leak or Short, trace Cable Socket line. May solve yours.

I have checked all the things sometimes box connect but many times gives that error on same mobile

troubleshooting
1.the box was working fine before update
2.the box problem start after update
3.try to use different phone to detect

I have checked with all sets 80 to 85% mobiles giving error out of 100%... I have changed USB cable and change the pc laptop but nothing happend
