mx key does not open

I'm with my mx key that opens the way not some of this error so that the image below

Same with me
not one its two Mx-Key
when i was connecting HWk,Mx-key and Cyclone ,Suddenly its sop working and get no security Dongle Detected.

i already tried every thing
uninstall,reinstall,cleaning smart card,replace new smart card reader,try at my laptop,with my friend PC,xp sp2,sp3,remove driver and reinstall it.
finally to save my time i bought 2 new MX-key

make it clear i get two damage mx-key at the same minute ,forget about any other box or dongle
what is the reason to suddenly get no security Dongle Detected?
just i need to know what is the reason early to protect my new one .
may be one day i became owner of 4 damage mx-key

extra work for me .. i use eset antivirus ...avira antivirus on the other .. firevall included.
everything works perfectly .. and do not use applications where crack use p-key card.

so of course i dont care about my mx key and i dont care about next updates

You're better off contacting your reseller for a replacement.

P.S. If you do not care about your MX-KEY then why are you asking how to protect it. Seems all so strange.

do you go to buy anew car to damage it?
it will be crazy
same with my mx i bout it with some $ to use it not to be damaged.
and i say i dont care about old one i dont need replacement for it
put i really care about the new one

just forget my mx key i already bout 2 new easy its cheap and good product with some dct4 ask2rpl
just i hope it will not damage soon

I don't think you should worry too much, just carry on using it, and if anything happens simply get it replaced under warranty.

check your reader.
put the card on other good working reader.
let's see it's working or not.

as i said i bout two new and its working on the spot so of course i used the new working reader to test my old smart card and its not working. and iam not piranha bytes' just english is not my first Language.

its Friday our weekend but i will get them to you .
two old serials and the new
until that wont to say its not clone and it is working fine in the past.

that is also several times.
strange !! first one mx key stooped so i going to my other one to find what is the fault and i found its also not working.


if its just one i will not type any post, i can buy mx key every day but why?
