MX-KEY dongle light version problem (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

hello i just bort a mxkey from ebay with a china gsm simcard but have no idear how to use it or even set it up ive tryed using mxkey mobileEX softwere from there site but it just wont pick up via the program everything installs ok on the pc and laptop could some 1 please explain to me how the hell you use this item device manager picks up a usb token device in windows 7 but i could do with some help thanks delatils of item below

problem
Device manager >>

Smart card readers:
Usb Token device
Usb unknown device

Universal Serial Bus Controller:
nothing there ,nothing showing up

mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.4):
No Security Dongle detected

Please help.. urgent!

yes dongle is pluged in as we speak but light is on solid orange softwere installed but nothing showing up says mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.4):
No Security Dongle detected

the one bort from ebay is above in the ebay link not the mxbox the mxkey dongle ie this one HTI MxKey Unlocking Nokia Interface Lite Dongle MxBox

you have to update your HTI box firmware.
open mobileex, press update HTI.

here is the work around, we just talk about it.

i followed that but it did not work device is directly pluged in the usb port

if that ebay link is showing what you bought then its an mxkey.. not an mxbox/hti

yes that what i said mxkey usb dongle but still its telling me i have update available but yet it wont up date
