hi team,. pls advice me how to unlock using hti.

hti green version mobileex v3.5 rev2.3

device info:
name: 801
model: NOKIA lumia 800
carrier: norway SW
software: windows phone 7.8

before my customer told me he can use different simcard,.
after reset, he can only use one sim,. when you put another sim,
it was asking for "pin" 10 attempts remaining,.

it has a dload recovery mode when i press volume up and connect to pc to hti.

ist possible to unlock this via patch using hti?

Bro.

Your Lumia 800 is with Unlock Bootloader,

So the owner was using different Simcard,

Will unlock your Lumia 800 for sure.
