After syncronice files and click on update hti my new mxbox stop working any solution - GSM-Forum

Plz I bougth this 2 new mxbox and after i click on syncronise files all went well and box work buth as i click on update hti it stop working will connect and disconnect and if i start the mx software it start without detecting the dongle pls what will i do the two box just act like this now

use HTIUpdate in mxkey Installation Folder

After update HTI Firmware to v00.17, the box will need new driver. Update driver manually by point it to c:\MobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\HTI.

See this changelog from v3.5 rev1.1:
