please update your mxkey.

we have 3.4 rev 1.9 and module update.

- never use usb hub (better)
- untick safe flash if phone is dead, tick fast flash / untick if error.
- insert fully charged battery to phone, press flash on mxkey, insert usb cable, press pwr on if needed.
