MX-KEY NOT ACTIVATED HOW REGISTER it?

i just receive my mx key few hours ago but when conect it with last version of soft, i see not activated. when click register, nothing happen, i just buy it from year wang china.

other problem is that i connect to usb port of my ufs box now my ufs not work again, when conect it, it ask for use hwk update tool when repair it or use update client, it say error reset box try repair fail use ufs firmware update and even there i can repair it. i have original ufshwk

Please post the software version u are using and also use the latest version 3.3. rev1.4 if u have old one....

i'm using the last version 3.3 rev1.4 man now even i usfhwk can't work anymore!
