mx-key not working well - GSM-Forum

please help me my mx-key only unlock and flash with usb but cannot flash normal. what do I do

mx key introduce hti for old mx key user .its gives a lot of problem. the old mx key is very good.
problem
1. inter face is not show for normal installation .
2 . server is no properly synchronize .
3 . if unplug then show yellow mark in device manger.
4. can not start immidiate .
5 its installation confused.
6 . can i use mx key chip (old user) put the slot of H T I . I do but this is not working
