Mx-key problem - GSM-Forum

HI

TEAM

i bought a new MX-KEY from a reseller ,and i installed the latest software
and connected the dongle but it is not recognised by the software

it says dongle not found , and even i replaced for another dongle,i got the same problem

any help pls

had same problem,worked fine after i use mxkey card in pkey dongle.i think some mxkey dongle faulty
