mx key problem,need urgent help (ANSWERED)

at least i buy mx key 2 pieces
and both of them getting same error

No Security Dongle detected
,,i search the forum,and got these solution,unistal,exe,instal again,,from,setting ,,
sc acces ,,sellect share,,and change pc,,but same,,so starnge for me,
one time u unistal driver,,and instal again,its work ,,
same time not change any thing
open mxkey with error,,

what is this,,i also change pc,,
not sucees,,plz help what is this,drivers is instal properly ,,using usb port of pc not hub,,,but not succes,,,also format pc,,,new window instalition, no succes,,plz help any moderator or any mxkey senior member thanks,in advance,,

salaam,check other mx key in same pc.if that mx key works fine pls dont be panic,return it to reseller.may be there is problem in reader or may be card is faulty(maybe),cos u did all thing right.so ......

as i was told u in my post ,i have 2 mx keys,both of new ,yesterday i registered,
so how can we say ,mxkey is faulty,,,may be be i am doing some thing wrong,any way thx for yr answer,,,waiting for manole,moderator,

please use normal font on everytime you make a thread / post on any case.

if you're sure that your installation and drivers are good,
ask your reseller to change smart card reader. it's under warranty, free of charge.

dear according yr advise i return the mxkey and ,he give me another,,,but so strange
plz try 2 understand ,,i instal latest exe of mxkey,drivers properly instaled,
when i open mxkey window first time,its ok,registered to my user name,,then i close te exe of mx key,and open for 2d time its still work,,but for 3rd time its
no security dongle dected....what is is this,,,today i use a fresh lop top,no other software toll only mxkey,,,but same,plz help what to do,,me waiting for moderator
