mx-key registration problem - GSM-Forum

i hav purchased new key . while trying to register it shows error Starting Card Activation ...
Sorry, but your serial is not assigned (c=0.tried running the latedt setup and connecting and disconnecting all the boxes .removing and restalling the setup . pls help me out with this . thanks
