Mx-key software can NOT start - GSM-Forum

Well after installing drivers for one Huawey for unlock (been done with other tool) i cant start software for mx-key.
Tried uninstall - install couple of times.
Removed all installed drivers in last week, include Huawey.
Software is starting just when i stop service - Plug and play.
But is no good at all to stop this service.

Software just hang after starting (white window) even without dongle inserted.

@Alim ,
m8 could you advice me what to do to start software normal?
in other pc dongle and software working normal.
I don`t want to uninstall windows xp 32bit sp3.
Antivirus disabled.

In fact problem solved partially.
I researched a bit and found that the problem was in service:
Windows Driver Foundation - User-Mode Driver Framework Platform Driver.

so i made this service to start Manual, and software starting as usual.
I will later investigate how this service working and what is used for.?
