Arrow Mx key team please help (ANSWERED)

My MXKEY not detecting DCT4 Models.

It says " No Response From Phone".

But that same phones detected by HWK.

Mobile Expert Team Please Help me..

Its Very Urgent.

Im using HWK.

But Mxkey interface(HWK) not detecting DCT4.

But HWK detecting that without MXKEY.

Please help me..

What kind of operation you want to do? Why must use MXKey, if that operation can be done with HWK?

Nokia N73-1 restart complaint.

YES ..you can't use ufs interface in this version, to working with n73..,it's like n70 problem...,you must use mxbox..,or try to change loader version in config...
