can some one help me i updated my mx key and now i am not able to open the software its is saying mobileex service tool has encounterd a problem and need to close can some one help me with this problem thank you

uninstall , delete mobileex folder from c: drive, re-install again and try.

use only 3.5rev1.3
- disable your anti virus for mxkey.

i did that too same problem was working fine untill i update to the latest version please i need help

i have same problem try everything but not work..................its not os fault not antivirus problem its very strange

don't give up yet sir, try uninstal mxkey with revo uninstaller n clean all. try install it again, but turn off ur AV first...

i am so dissapointed i have several pieces of nokia to unlock mxkey is one of the best tool i have what am i going to do now i am losing out becauase i have to give back customers there phones

well i cant make a profit now because i am out of a dongle help me to start making back a profit
