my mx-key can,t find phone fia usb is there any tools mus i have to do that

when i connect phone fia usb and chose nokia usb room and make buschick the only thing i get (timeout)

What Model ur trying 2 Flash or unlock....

1) The error u described is in a particular set..
2) or all d BB5 Sets ur trying 2 flash....

In d 2nd case u have 2 unistall ur nokia Connectivity cable..
and reinstall it...or better unistall MX and re install it...

USB Flashing perfect in Mx I have Flashed many..

usb as interface:
- make sure you have install Nokia_Connectivity_Cable_Driver, placed inside C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\nokia
- make sure your computer recognize your phone that being attached on usb ((((( ding dong sound )))) turned off phone > insert usb > press pwr on or insert charger. do as described by mxkey.
- load flashes by using market dropdown menu before buscheck.
- for dead unit, untick 'safe flash' before flashing.

i think that is all.
