PLEASE Help

when i install mx key new version v3.5 1.5 having a problem (no security dongle detected)
for v3.5 1.4 it working fine...

please help me to solve this problem

follow s.alam advice. and if not working, please post screen shot of your device manager properties with HTI plugged in.

Your card is blocked by Manole, due to IPMART collision

PLEASE HELP MY HTI BOX CONNECTED BUT, SHOWING NO SECURITY DONGLE DETECTED, sometimes shows error message,(the card failed to respond to a reset) please help just new box just bought.

i think its card or card reader problem.......check this card with another box or another card with this box......
