MX Software Freezing[SOLVED by USER]
 

Hi Support,
I am unable to unlock phones with my MXkey because as soon as open the software it freezes; not responding.

Any idea how to fix this or what is causing the problem?

try to uninstall the program n dellete mx folder n install again. then just sign aplication again. i hope these helps

do you use JAF BOX as interface ?
reinstall JAF BOX driver , will be solve your problem

you better vheck in mx key root folder here you will find a set up of drivers install them reboot and enjoy
