mx team help

iam new user in mx .....i got nokia7210 with restart problem...tried with mx ,,
but i cant connect my mobile...


it shows this error

check your cable may be your cable is not ok
always scan for on phone and bus check for dead phone

Error will come after change the cable....But M logs also gone with 99,97 to 99.92 whats the problem i dot know some one help me
