3110c contactservice in chck bus SECURITY TEST FAIL i dont sx auth, repair sd, super auth but problem still same. i done recover cirtified but it says no ceritiefied data avalable.

how can you tried all this if you not download attach rpl without NPC data?
in your phone HWC or CCC data is empty...
