Hi there,

When I connect MXBOX to the cable,it kept on bilnking red and yellow lights and sounds like connecting and disconnecting... i need you to help me solve this asap... thanx

just connect box and update firmware no matter if drivers r not installed.

if it is drivers problem then it should ask for drivers intallation... but its not... its jst blikns lights and nothing else.... plz hlep

remove setup and reinstall v3.5 2.5 then update agin ur problem is solve its tested solution

i have removed all previous setups and drivers as well and re installed latest version but the problem is same still... still on blinking lights while vonnecting... i think manole himself should take some responsibility.... im waiting for solution coz without that i cannot use my HTI credits and iphone section... plz help

blinking led indicates HTI FW problem. please update HTI.

try to update first your HTI box.

- do not plug hti to pc
- make sure you are using LATEST version: 3.5rev2.5
- do not connect box to USB. open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.

i use mobileEx_setup_v3.5_rev2.5(20121212) i installe the driver from path C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti
bat no result plz help
