Mxbox not synchronising files error - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody :

Can Supporters or someone tell me what s wrong with this MXBOX why synchronise files not working.
HTI update done without problem.
i was using WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 32 BITS and now i installed a new WIN 7 HOME PREMIUM 32 BITS and the problem is still there.
unlock flash working great.
when i press synchronise files the only thing i get is a note from windows task bar and nothing happen after .look at this image :

Me too

setup all ok but can't synchronise anything,nothing happen.
